This original acrylic painting is a one-of-a-kind creation by artist Lars Owens and is from an experimental series where the artist is using different colored underpaintings and intentionally letting them show through, often with complementing hues that in theory should ""vibrate"" when next to each other. As we can see, they do! This entire series of work is inspired by the shaker Lars is shaking in the song Shake It Instrumental.
Listening to the song as it vibrates in your ears, and at the same time looking into the art as it vibrates in your eyes is a truly unique experience.
Paint applied thick impasto style with one of Lar's own brush designs with "helically" shaped bristles.
Each painting comes with a QR code which allows the viewer to download a free song file and listen to the corresponding song while admiring the artwork.
